Recipe for Mushroom Masala


Welcome to my kitchen, today we will make mushrooms masala curry. mushroom masala recipe is made of white button mushrooms onion-tomato, spice. it is easy to make and tasty to eat.
It is an easy-to-make, fuss-free recipe. and all the ingredients that you will need for this recipe will be available in the kitchen. if you want to best flavor then use fresh mushrooms.

 Ingredients of Mushroom masala

  • 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2-3 Clove
  • 2 Green Cardamom
  • 1 Black Cardamom
  • Cumin seeds
  • 1 cup Onion Chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1to 2 cup Tomato Puree
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 300 g Mushroom Chopped
  • 1 Capsicum Cubed
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Step 1:- Heat oil in a pan.

Step 2:-Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds clove, green cardamom and black cardamom in it and fry for a few seconds.

Step 3:-Add onion and fry until it becomes golden brown.

Step 4:-Add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5:-Now add ginger garlic paste and cook until its raw smell goes away.

Step 6:-Add 2 tbsp coriander powder, 1tsp red chili powder,1tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp Garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, and salt according to your taste and fry the masala over low heat till it starts to release the oil. Stir the spice continuously.

Step 7:-Add mushroom and capsicum and mix well. cook it covered for 10-12 minutes.

Step 8:-Stir once or twice in between.If the curry is too thick and dry, add some water to it.

Step 9:-Now Add lemon juice and mix well.

Serve Mushroom Masala with chapati, or paratha.
