How to make Egg Curry Malsala


Welcome to my kitchen, today we will make Egg curry Masala.
In egg curry which is most important. boil the egg to proper. the boiled egg some time really be difficult

When you boil the egg, bring it to the first room temperature, and then boil. put the egg in normal water instead of boiling water and then boil.
When you boil the egg does not cover, otherwise, it will break. 8-10 mints are enough for Proper Boil



RECIPE OF EGG CURRY


 Ingredients for Egg Curry Masala

4-5 boil eggs.
2-3 tablespoon oil
2 onion finely chopped
3-4 tomatoes finely chopped or pureed   
2-3 green chili finely chopped
1teaspoon ginger garlic paste
salt according to taste
water as required
1 tablespoon coriander leaves finely chopped
¼ teaspoon Kasuri methi
1to half teaspoon red chili powder
1teaspoon turmeric powder  
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1 bay leaf (tej Patta)
½ teaspoon cumin seeds      

Take a pan and pour normal water in it and put the egg on the gas to boil.

Till the egg is boiling. we prepare curry for an egg.

Making method of Egg Curry Masala

Step 1:- Heat the pan first and put 2 tbsp oil.

Step 2:- Now put bay leaf and cumin seed and stir.

Step 3:- Put ginger and garlic paste. and put chopped green chili and stir

Step 4:- Put chopped onion and cook till onion will be golden brown.

Step 5:- Low your gas flam. and put 1/2 tsp turmeric. little bit red chili powder. because already here have been put green chili. so put chili powder according to your taste. and put  2 tbsp coriander powder. mix well to all mixture.

Step 6:- Now add fresh tomato puree.
Here we have to roast the mixture of tomato and Spices till the oil comes out of it.

Step 7:- now put salt according to your taste. in this stage you to mix the yolk of boiled egg.
There will be 2 benefits from this. First, our curry will be thick and second its taste will be more instance.

Step 8Add 1 to a half a cup of water and keep it for boiling until it thickens from the again.

Step 9:- now cut the remaining egg white into small pieces and we will use it in egg curry.

Step 10:-  in the meantime curry is cooking. we will fry the eggs.

Step 11:- heat another pan and put 1tsp oil. when oil becomes hot put the egg. and roast it become light golden brown. (Before frying the eggs, little hole them with the help of a fork or knife otherwise they will burst as soon as they go into hot oil)

Step 12:- Curry have thickened again, so in this stage, we will put garam masala and fried eggs in it and add some water. and mix
slowly.

Step 13:- Now put egg white, which is already cut. little bit Kasuri methi, and chopped green coriander leaf. mix well.

Now your egg curry is ready to serve. enjoy with hot roti or rice.
