How to make Bread Pizza

Welcome to my kitchen, today we will make Bread Pizza, especially for kids let's start. it is too tasty. it is like to not only kids elders will like also. it is an instant recipe. let's start.



Ingredients for Bread Pizza

Bread
Grated mozzarella cheese-150-200gm
1 medium size capsicum finely chopped
1 medium size onion finely chopped
1 medium size tomato finely chopped
Butter 1 to 2 tablespoon
Red chili flakes- 1T-spoon
Oregano- 1T-spoon
Dried Basil- 1T-spoon
Black pepper – 1 pinch
Black salt and chat masala
Tomato ketchup-2 tablespoon

Making of Method

Step 1:- First, Take 1 medium size chopped capsicum, onion, and tomato in a bowl. Add 1-2 tablespoon oil and mix it well. put 2 tablespoon mozzarella cheese. Add 1tablespoon red chili flakes, oregano and dried basil. Put 1 pinch black pepper and black salt and again mix it well. Now mixture is ready.

Step 2:- Now take a bread slice and apply some tomato ketchup on it. Now add chopped mix veggies on top,    and add mozzarella cheese on top. Now add a pinch of oregano and dried basil on top. And in last add chaat masala on top.

Step 3:- Our bread pizza is ready, now cook it on low flame.  till melting cheese. Heat your pan and put little bit butter in a pan and keep bread pizza on a pan. Cook it on low flame.

Step 4:- Cover the pan it will help the cheese is melting faster. Cook it minimum1-2 minutes on low flame. After 1-2 minutes open the lid you will see cheese has melted nicely.it means bread pizza is ready for eating. You can cut it into two halves. or, you can eat it like this.

How to make Paneer Masala

Welcome to my kitchen, today we will make Paneer Masala in Indian Dhabha Style. It is easy to make and tasty.  if you are hungry and want to eat tasty food.  you make it easily at home. let's start.




Ingredients for Paneer Masala

250grm paneer
The salt according to taste
Turmeric power
Ghee and refined oil
Cumin seeds
Coriander powder
4 cloves
1Cinnamon
2-3 Red dry chili
1/2 Tablespoon asafetida
2 Green cardamoms
1 Bay leaf.
3 Chopped onion
2 Spoon ginger garlic paste
1 Table spoon Kashmiri red chili powder
2-3 Table spoon yogurt
1/2 Table spoon cumin powder
1/2 Table spoon hot masala
1 Tablespoon gram flour


Making of Method

Step 1:- First, you heat a nonstick pan and roast 1-2 minutes 1 tablespoon gram flour on medium flame.

Step 2:- Take 250 gm paneer and cut in medium cubes size. take one bowl paneer cubes, put some salt 1/2 spoon red chili powder, 1/4 T-spoon turmeric powder and mix well. leave aside 5-10 minutes.

Step 3:- Heat the pan, and put 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan (you can use butter or oil) and fry all pieces of paneer till becoming golden brown. now keep them aside.

Step 4:- Heat another pan and add 2 tablespoon oil and 2 tablespoon ghee or butter. now put 1 tablespoon cumin seed,4 cloves,1 cinnamon, 2-3 red dry chili,1/2 tablespoon asafoetida, 2 green cardamoms,1 bay leaf. and fry 30-40 second. Now add 3 chopped onion and fry 4-5 minutes till becoming golden brown.

Step 5:- Now add 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste. fry 1-2 minutes, add 1 tablespoon red Kashmiri chili powder. 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1/2 spoon cumin powder,1/2 spoon hot masala, and roasted gram flour. mix well and fry well on low flame. now add 4 chopped tomato. mix well together. cook well 3-4 minutes. cover with lid.

Step 6:- After 5-6 minutes you will see tomato will start to leave oil from the sides. it means the mixture is perfectly cooked. now this stage adds little water and mixes well. do gas flame in low, add 3-4 tablespoon thick curd. mix it well 2-3 minutes, add 3-4 green chili cut in the slice and add.

Step 7:- At last, add 1spoon  roasted Kasuri methi. and add little water and cook 2-3 minutes. do not too much water, since this gravy should come thick, cook it on a low/medium flame for 2-3 minutes.  now you will see the thick base is ready. now add the paneer cubes in gravy. and mix too slowly. paneer is ready to eat.

How to make Chicken Curry

Welcome to my kitchen, today we will make chicken curry, normally to make a chicken we required a lot of time. but don't worry today we will make the chicken curry to an easy way. which will be testy. so let's start.



Ingredients for Chicken Curry.

Chicken -1/2 kg
Red chili powder
Ginger garlic paste
The salt according to taste
3 medium size onion finely chopped
3 medium size tomato finely chopped
2-3 green chilis cut small size
1 slice of ginger (cut in slices)
Black pepper
Cloves
Green cardamom
Cumin seed
Whool red dry chili
3tsp coriander powder
1tsp red chili powder
1tsp roasted cumin seed powder
2tsp gram flour
2tsp deggi mirch powder

Making of Method

Step 1:- Give a 45-degree cut line between to the chicken. so that the spices can go inside the chicken. now take a bowl and put the chicken, add 1tsp salt, 1tsp red chili powder, 1.5 tbsp ginger garlic pest. mix well and keep in a cool place for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2:- Turn on the gas medium flame. And keep pressure cooker. And put vegetable oil, when oil will be hot. add all whole masala, cumin seed and fry 2-3 minutes, add chopped onion fry it 10-15 minutes. for the early fry. put 1.5 tablespoon salt.

Step 3:- When your onion become golden brown then you add green chili, 1T-spoon ginger garlic pest, and little bit turmeric powder and fry it well. now add tomato. now add a little water and fry until the tomato starts living the oil.

Step 4:- When tomato mixture leaves the oil then you will put the chicken and fry till minimum 5 minutes on high flame. put slices of ginger. when chicken will fry well then put all dry masala powder.(coriander powder, gram flour, red chili powder etc.). fry only 30 sec, put 1.5 cup water and now close the cover of the pressure cooker and cook until a whistle arrives.

Step 5:- Do not open instant the pressure cooker. first, cool it then open. now your chicken is ready for eating. enjoy with rice or chapatis.

How to make Bread cheese ball

Welcome to my kitchen, today we will make a Bread cheese ball. kids always like to eat this. So make it at home and enjoy. it too easy. so let's start.



Ingredients for a bread cheese ball.

Grated cheese-1.5 cup
Crushed Black Pepper-1/2tsp
Finely chopped Green Chillies- 2-3
Chopped green coriander leaves-2-3 spring
White Bread (without crust/corners-8slices
Water as required
Medium size Boiled Potato-2 (do Boiled, Mashed and cooled)
Breadcrumbs as required

Making of Method

Step 1:- First, we will prepare stuffing for the cheese ball. Take a vessel and put grated cheese, crushed black pepper, chopped green chilies and mix well. Now cheese stuffing is ready. Keep aside this stuffing.

Step 2:- Divide the cheese stuffing into small sized cheese ball. Place them in the refrigerator or cool place for 10 minutes.

Step 3:- Now take water in a bowl. Dip the Bread slice in the water. Fold the wet bread and squeeze it tightly to remove all the excess water. do the same process for all slices.  All the Bread Slices are now well prepared. Keep aside.  

Step 4:- Take boiled potato in a vessel and mashed well. put also squeezed Bread Slices. Add salt according to taste, green chopped green coriander 4-5 spring. Mix well. Bread potato dough is ready.

Step 5:- Apply some oil on your palms and divide the mixture into equal portions. Make it into a round shape. Press the portion further and flatten it. Keep a cheese ball in the center of flattening portion. Bring together the flattened portion and seal it tightly. Make like a ball. do same with all mixture.

Step 6:- Breadcrumbs as required. do coat all ball into breadcrumbs. Now heat the oil and deep fry until they become golden brown. Minimum 4-5 minutes. Now cheese ball is ready to eat so enjoy.
