How to make Paneer Masala

Welcome to my kitchen, today we will make Paneer Masala in Indian Dhabha Style. It is easy to make and tasty.  if you are hungry and want to eat tasty food.  you make it easily at home. let's start.




Ingredients for Paneer Masala

250grm paneer
The salt according to taste
Turmeric power
Ghee and refined oil
Cumin seeds
Coriander powder
4 cloves
1Cinnamon
2-3 Red dry chili
1/2 Tablespoon asafetida
2 Green cardamoms
1 Bay leaf.
3 Chopped onion
2 Spoon ginger garlic paste
1 Table spoon Kashmiri red chili powder
2-3 Table spoon yogurt
1/2 Table spoon cumin powder
1/2 Table spoon hot masala
1 Tablespoon gram flour


Making of Method

Step 1:- First, you heat a nonstick pan and roast 1-2 minutes 1 tablespoon gram flour on medium flame.

Step 2:- Take 250 gm paneer and cut in medium cubes size. take one bowl paneer cubes, put some salt 1/2 spoon red chili powder, 1/4 T-spoon turmeric powder and mix well. leave aside 5-10 minutes.

Step 3:- Heat the pan, and put 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan (you can use butter or oil) and fry all pieces of paneer till becoming golden brown. now keep them aside.

Step 4:- Heat another pan and add 2 tablespoon oil and 2 tablespoon ghee or butter. now put 1 tablespoon cumin seed,4 cloves,1 cinnamon, 2-3 red dry chili,1/2 tablespoon asafoetida, 2 green cardamoms,1 bay leaf. and fry 30-40 second. Now add 3 chopped onion and fry 4-5 minutes till becoming golden brown.

Step 5:- Now add 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste. fry 1-2 minutes, add 1 tablespoon red Kashmiri chili powder. 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1/2 spoon cumin powder,1/2 spoon hot masala, and roasted gram flour. mix well and fry well on low flame. now add 4 chopped tomato. mix well together. cook well 3-4 minutes. cover with lid.

Step 6:- After 5-6 minutes you will see tomato will start to leave oil from the sides. it means the mixture is perfectly cooked. now this stage adds little water and mixes well. do gas flame in low, add 3-4 tablespoon thick curd. mix it well 2-3 minutes, add 3-4 green chili cut in the slice and add.

Step 7:- At last, add 1spoon  roasted Kasuri methi. and add little water and cook 2-3 minutes. do not too much water, since this gravy should come thick, cook it on a low/medium flame for 2-3 minutes.  now you will see the thick base is ready. now add the paneer cubes in gravy. and mix too slowly. paneer is ready to eat.
